1. Collect the plastic bottles in the sorting center and wash them here. Classify transparent and opaque plastic bottles, pack them, and crush them into thin slices.

These particles are the basic material for PET recycling. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) from the POLYESTER family can be molded again into other products like bottles, fibers or pens.

2.The slices are sequentially converted into particles by a hot air process, then they are dried and projected into a high temperature tube to form a viscous liquid.

The paste then enters the dye filter and terminates in the filter to form a filament.

These filaments are solidify by contact with air and then pulled onto a hot metal roll to perfectly rearrange the polyester molecules. The yarn is then wound onto a roll and ready for weaving.
